We aim to make sure every candle we make and send are perfect. However, if you are unhappy with a product you’ve received or it has arrived damaged or is the wrong item then we can issue a return/refund.

If you purchased the item from somewhere other than Doublewick
Please contact the retailer where you purchased the candle and they can assist you with your issue.
If you are not happy with one of our products, the product has not been; burned, used or opened, then please send it back if it follows the following criteria:
The product has not been used or opened; and
the product has not been altered in any way or subjected to damage, misuse, abuse, repair or alteration.
